G. Acosta

Ms. Acosta has been teaching for 13 years.  She earned her bachelor's degree in English from Cal Poly Pomona and her master's degree in education from UCLA.  She became a teacher because she enjoys being around kids and making a difference in her community.  Outside of teaching her passions include reading, writing poetry and traveling. She also enjoys spending time with her family, doing volunteer work and going to Dodger games.
