College Knowledge Month.

College Knowledge Month. 

Did you know that October is College Knowledge Month? By 2020, 67% of jobs in California will require some type of education or training after high school? This includes apprenticeships, certificates, 2-year Associates degrees, 4-year Bachelor’s degrees, and advanced or professional degrees. The benefits of a college degree are more than just economic. College allows you to experience new people and places, study the subjects that interest you, and get involved in clubs and volunteer activities to help you discover your passion.

L.A.C.E.R Irving Stars

We would like to invite you and your son / daughter to sign up for our award winning LACER AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM at Irving Middle School.  The activities we provide can help your child have fun and stay academically strong.  Some of the activities provided are: homework help, math and English assistance, drama/theater, music, visual arts, boys and girls basketball/soccer, FIELDTRIPS, and a whole lot more!  All of the activities are FREE to Irving students, Monday to Friday from right after school until 6 pm.

We meet in S-4 - classes are offered in a safe, supervised setting at Irving Middle School each day until 6:00pm.  A snack is provided.
