My Physical Education By Trinity Smith

Physical education or P.E. for short is great! It's great because you get to build up your muscles and you are learning at the same time. Your not learning stuff that you learn in other classes, you are learning how to be fit and how to do proper exercise. That proper exercise is helping you keep in shape and to help you not pull a muscle. The teachers want us to grow big and strong in the future because that will help us later on in life. The exercises also help us with our stamina and speed. They help us with that because they show us how to breath at a nomal amount and how to run longer.
